Appearance: Lucy has reddish-blonde hair that’s almost always trimmed unevenly and reaches just past her shoulders. She doesn’t like to brush her hair more times than she has to, and it’s obvious. She rarely puts her hair in ponytails or anything; she prefers just to have it down. Lucy has startling blue-grey eyes with just a touch of green in them. She’s about 5’6, which is a fairly normal height for a 16-year-old. Lucy’s actually a pretty girl, but she couldn’t care less.
Personality: If there’s one thing that everyone should know about Lucille, it’s that she hates to be called ‘Lucille’. She can’t stand ‘Lulu’ either—just ‘Lucy’, or sometimes even ‘Luli’. To be quite honest, Lucy isn’t always a very friendly person, which just shows that looks can be deceiving. She looks like a sweet, kind girl, but in reality, she’s actually quite sarcastic and unfriendly. She gets angry very, very easily and takes it out on random people. However, if you befriend Luli (which IS possible), then she’ll stand by your side through almost anything. She’s a strong and tough girl and always knows to fight for whatever she believes in.
History: Lucille “Lucy” Paragon has lives in District 4 of Panem. Also, she hates it. Throughout her life, she's never understood why it seems like District 4 is the most boring place. It's dull and far, far too quiet. Luli's mother and father died when she was 13 years old. For a while after, she really had to fend for herself. That said, Lucy wasn't COMPLETELY alone. She still had her cat, Deidre. When Lucy was 15, she was moved to live with a Peacekeeper. She put up a pretty strong fight against leaving her home, but realized it was probably just for the better. Luli still lives there now with Deidre and a a Peacekeeper named Jenavae.
